cookies.
This website doesn’t use cookies for visitors. Here’s what that means, and how we’ll ask first before that ever changes.
Last updated 3 November 2026.
In short
- This website sets no cookies for visitors.
- No analytics, no ads, no tracking pixels, and nothing loaded from other companies. Our fonts are on our own server.
- Our forms work without cookies.
- You won’t see a cookie banner, because there’s nothing to ask you about.
- If we add Google Analytics later, we’ll ask first, and nothing optional will load until you press Accept. We’ll update this page before that happens.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar tools, such as your browser’s local storage, do the same job. The law treats them all the same way: a website needs your permission for anything that isn’t essential to what you asked for.
What this website uses
Nothing, if you’re a visitor. When you read a page on oneweek.marketing:
- no cookies are set
- nothing is saved in your browser’s storage
- no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts run
- nothing is loaded from other companies: our fonts and images come from our own server
Both forms, early access and book a call, work without cookies. They use a hidden security code in the page to block spam, not a cookie. Our privacy notice explains what the forms collect.
If you follow a link to another website, such as WhatsApp, that website’s own cookie rules apply once you’re there.
If you sign in to manage this website
Only our own team signs in to this website. When they do, WordPress and our sign-in security set these essential cookies to keep them signed in and secure. They’re never set for visitors.
- wordpress_logged_in_ and wordpress_sec_ (each followed by a code): keep you signed in. They last until you close your browser, or 14 days if you tick “Remember me”.
- wordpress_test_cookie: checks your browser accepts cookies on the sign-in page. Lasts until you close your browser.
- wp-settings- and wp-settings-time- (each followed by your user number): remember how you like the admin screens laid out. Last a year.
- bare_login_device: when sign-in codes are switched on, remembers a device you’ve confirmed with a code, so you’re not asked every time. Lasts 30 days.
Our cookie banner
We’ve installed a cookie consent tool (Bare Consent, from Bare Studio) so it’s ready when we need it. While this website uses nothing optional, it stays switched off: its script doesn’t load and you won’t see a banner.
What will change, and how we’ll ask first
We plan to add Google Analytics 4, and later Google Ads. Before we do:
- we’ll update this page with each cookie, who sets it, what it’s for and how long it lasts
- the banner will switch on and ask you first
- nothing optional will load until you press Accept, and saying no will be as easy as saying yes
- you’ll be able to change your mind at any time from a small cookie button in the corner of the page
The banner will remember your choice in your browser, which counts as essential, so it doesn’t ask you on every page.
Controlling cookies yourself
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings at any time. Because this website doesn’t use any for visitors, blocking them won’t change how it works for you.
