Is AI visibility extra?
No. It’s on every plan, the same as your website and Google profile.
When do I pay?
The setup fee when you accept your proposal, either all at once or in 3 monthly payments. Your monthly plan starts the day your site goes live.
What does +VAT mean for me?
Prices are shown without VAT. If you’re VAT registered you can usually claim it back. Your invoice shows both.
Can I change plan?
Yes, in the app, any time. Moving up starts straight away; moving down starts at your next bill.
What happens if I leave?
Your domain is yours and stays yours. Your site stays up until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and we’ll hand over a copy if you want to keep it somewhere else.
What if a payment fails?
We’ll WhatsApp you and try again over 7 days. Nothing switches off before then, and nothing is ever deleted.
