terms of service.
The agreement between your business and OneWeek, in plain English. The short version first, then the detail.
Draft. This page may change before OneWeek opens.
Last updated 3 November 2026.
In short
- OneWeek is a monthly service for businesses: a website, your Google profile, review requests, a tracked number and missed-call text-back, run for you.
- You pay a setup fee when you accept your proposal, all at once or in 3 monthly payments. Your monthly plan starts the day your site goes live.
- Prices are the ones on our pricing page or in your proposal, plus VAT at 20%.
- No contract. Cancel in the app any time; you’re billed to the end of that month.
- If you get fewer enquiries than the target on our pricing page in your first 30 days live, your next month is free.
- You’re responsible for what you tell us about your business, including your credentials.
- Your domain, your words and your photos are yours. If you leave, we hand your site over and forward your tracked number for 90 days.
- These terms are under the law of England and Wales.
Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are between your business (“you”) and Bare Design Studio Limited, trading as OneWeek Marketing (“we” or “us”), registered in England and Wales, company number 10395852, registered office Bank Gallery, High Street, Kenilworth, Warwickshire CV8 1LY.
They apply when you accept a OneWeek proposal and use our service. Your agreement with us has three parts: these terms, your proposal, and our data processing terms. If your proposal says something different about your plan or price, your proposal wins.
OneWeek is for businesses only. By accepting, you confirm you’re acting for your business, not as a consumer, so consumer cancellation rights don’t apply. You can still leave at any time, as explained below.
Using this website
The information on oneweek.marketing is general. The missed-call calculator gives an estimate, not a promise of work. Prices on the website are shown without VAT.
Our privacy notice explains what we do with details you give us here, and our cookies page explains that we don’t use cookies for visitors.
What we do for you
Depending on your plan, we set up and run your website, your Google Business Profile, review requests after jobs, tracked phone numbers with missed-call text-back, and the OneWeek app, where your calls, texts and form enquiries land. Exactly what’s on each plan is on our pricing page and in your proposal.
Add-ons, such as the Marketing Assistant, are priced on our pricing page or in your proposal. With the Marketing Assistant, you pay your ad spend straight to Google, on your own card and under Google’s terms.
Some features depend on other companies. For example, the WhatsApp inbox needs Meta’s approval, and looking after your Google profile needs you to give us manager access. Where a feature isn’t ready yet, our pricing page says so.
We may improve or change how the service works. We won’t take away a main part of your plan without telling you first, so you can decide whether to stay.
Your week
Once you’ve accepted your proposal and paid the setup fee, you answer a few questions in the app. Day 1 starts when you tap “Yes, build it”. Days are calendar days, and we aim to have you live on Day 7.
Some steps need you: approving your headlines and your site, making a test call, giving us manager access to your Google profile, and pointing your domain at your new site. If we’re waiting on you, the clock pauses and we tell you why. It starts again when we hear back.
Your monthly plan isn’t billed until the day your site goes live, so if the week takes longer, you don’t pay for the extra days.
We write your website’s words from your answers. Nothing goes live on your site until we’ve checked it and you’ve approved it.
Prices, payment and VAT
The price is the one on our pricing page or in your proposal when you accept. Prices are shown without VAT; we add VAT at 20%, and every invoice shows both.
- Setup fee: paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you accept your proposal, either all at once or in 3 monthly payments.
- Monthly plan: billed each month, starting on the day your site goes live, by card or Direct Debit. Any add-ons are billed with it.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card or bank details.
The setup fee pays for building your site in your week. If you change your mind before Day 1 starts, we refund it in full. Once Day 1 has started it isn’t refundable, and any remaining setup payments are still due if you leave early.
If we change our prices, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before the change reaches your bill. If you don’t want to carry on at the new price, you can cancel before it starts.
If a payment fails
We’ll WhatsApp you and try the payment again over 7 days. Nothing switches off before then, and nothing is ever deleted.
If it’s still unpaid after 7 days, missed-call text-back, review requests and Google posts pause until it’s paid. Your website stays up, and calls to your tracked number still ring through to you.
If a payment is still outstanding after 30 days, we’ll get in touch to agree what happens next. That may mean ending the service, as explained under “Leaving OneWeek”.
The 30-day promise
We count your enquiries (calls, texts, WhatsApps and forms) from the day your site goes live to day 30, inclusive. Contact from the same number within 7 days counts as one enquiry.
If you get fewer than the target on our pricing page (or in your proposal), your next month is free. We add the credit to your account automatically on day 31 and it comes off your next bill. You don’t need to ask, and you can watch the count in your app.
The credit is for one month of your plan, not add-ons. Ad spend you pay to Google isn’t included, because Google bills you for it directly. The promise applies once, to your first 30 days live.
Changing plan or cancelling
You can change plan in the app at any time. Moving up starts straight away; moving down starts at your next bill.
There’s no contract and no notice period. Cancel in the app, under Account and billing, whenever you like. You’re billed to the end of that month, then that’s it.
What you’re responsible for
- The truth about your business. Your business name, services, prices, areas, hours and anything else you give us must be accurate, and you’ll tell us when something changes.
- Your credentials. When you join, you tell us your scheme memberships, registration numbers, insurance, qualifications, years trading and approvals, and confirm they’re true. We only show what you declare, and we check registration numbers on the public register where there is one. You’re responsible for them being true and up to date. If one lapses, tell us and it comes off your site.
- Your photos, logo and words. You own them or have permission to use them, and they don’t break anyone else’s rights.
- Approving in good time. Check what we send you to approve. Once you approve it, it goes live.
- Your domain. It’s registered in your name and stays yours. Keep it renewed, and help us point it at your site. We never ask for your registrar password.
- Your Google profile. It’s in your name. You give us manager access so we can keep it up to date.
- Your customers. You decide who we contact on your behalf, and you’re responsible for having a lawful reason to contact them. Only ask real customers for reviews after real jobs. Our data processing terms explain more.
- Your work. We pass enquiries to you. The quotes you give, the prices you charge and the work you do are between you and your customer.
- Using OneWeek properly. Don’t use it to send spam or anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, or to break the rules of Google, WhatsApp or the phone networks. Keep your login to yourself and your team, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
- Your team. Anyone you add to your account follows these terms, and you’re responsible for what they do in it.
What we’re responsible for
- Building and running your service with reasonable care and skill.
- Keeping your website fast, secure and online, and your tools working.
- Doing your change requests within 2 working days, or 1 working day on Team.
- Telling you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
- Looking after your details and your customers’ details, as our privacy notice and data processing terms say.
Every tracked number is set up so that if our system ever goes down, calls still ring straight through to your phone. While it’s down, missed-call texts and call logs may be missed.
What we can’t promise: a position on Google, a number of jobs (apart from the 30-day promise) or reviews. We also can’t control outages at the companies we rely on, such as Google, Meta, Twilio or Stripe.
Limits on liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Apart from that:
- we’re not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, lost business or any indirect loss
- our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
- we’re not liable for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as outages at Google, Meta, Twilio or Stripe, or a power or internet failure
If we face a claim because something you told us wasn’t true (a credential, for example) or because of how you used OneWeek, you’ll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Who owns what
- Yours: your domain, your Google profile and its reviews, your business details, your photos and logo, and the pages and words we write for your website.
- Ours, rented to you while you’re with us: the OneWeek platform, the app, the tools that run your enquiries, texts, WhatsApps and review requests, and your tracked phone numbers.
You let us use your content to run your service. We’ll only show your site, your name or your results in our own marketing if you say yes.
Your customers’ details
When we handle your customers’ details for you (enquiries, calls, texts, WhatsApps, photos and review requests), you’re the controller and we’re the processor. Our data processing terms set out how we do that, and they’re part of these terms.
Leaving OneWeek
- If you cancel, your site stays up until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- If we end the service, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice. We can end it sooner if you seriously break these terms, for example by using OneWeek unlawfully or leaving a payment unpaid for 30 days, and we’ll tell you first.
When the service ends:
- Your domain and your Google profile stay yours. We remove ourselves as a manager.
- If you want to keep your site, we hand it over as an ordinary WordPress site you can run yourself or with another host, free of charge. It keeps your pages, words, photos and look; the OneWeek tools come off it. If your site uses our licensed headline font, we swap it for a free one, because our licence doesn’t transfer.
- We forward your tracked call number to your own number for 90 days at our cost, so customers who saved it still get through. Then it’s released. If you’d rather move the number to your own provider, ask us before it’s released. We won’t charge you for moving it, as long as your new provider will take it.
- We send you an export of your data, then delete what we hold within 30 days. The companies that help us run OneWeek keep their own logs on their own terms.
Changes to these terms
These terms have a version number and a date. When you accept a proposal, we record the version you agreed to. This version: draft of 3 November 2026.
If we change them, we’ll tell you by WhatsApp or email at least 30 days before the change applies to you. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then. You can ask us for any earlier version.
The legal bits
- These terms, your proposal and our data processing terms are the whole agreement between us about OneWeek.
- You can’t pass this agreement to someone else without our agreement. We may pass it to a company that takes over OneWeek, and we’ll tell you if we do.
- If a court decides part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- Nobody else has rights under these terms, under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- If we don’t enforce something straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- We’ll send notices to the mobile number or email address on your account. Send yours to hello@oneweek.marketing.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
If something has gone wrong, please tell us first at hello@oneweek.marketing so we can try to put it right.
